FIJIAN PLAYERS SET TO RETURN HOME

Rumors that the Gulf Isapeas did not have the funds to send the four Fijian players back home, were dispelled by the Team Manager today.

Mr Emes Daniels when contacted told our sports desk that the rumours are not true and that the club did have funds to send them back to Fiji.

He said the only reason they were holding the four Fijians back was for them to also attend the club’s Awards night, but this event has now been canned.

Meanwhile, it is confirmed that the Fijians will be travelling back to their homeland this Friday and will be accompanied by Governor Kavo and three other Directors of the Gulf Franchise.
