Papua New Guinea's 2015 budget stands at K 16.27 billion

Papua New guinea Government has launched K16.27 billion budget for the country going into 2015  after  lock up session today.

Also, Mr Pruiaitch just presented a 2014 supplementary budget of K897 million.

Parliament is currently in session and is a buzz as the monetary affairs of the country are being discussed.

The 2015 Budget Press Lock Up was held at the National Parliament State Function Room. Treasury secretary Dairi Vele presented the 2015 Budget Strategy Framework and was supported by Planning Secretary Juliana Kubak who presented the details of the Budget.

Treasurer Patrick Pruaitch and National Planning Minister Charles Abel also briefed on what is expected in the budget.  As of 2pm today Minister Pruaitch officially launched the 2015 National Budget in Parliament and is currently presenting.lso, Mr Pruiaitch just presented a 2014 supplementary budget of K897 million.
