Port Moresby Flyover opens

Port Moresby residents gathered in thousands to witness the grand opening of the anticipated flyover at Erima this morning.

The flyover was officially opened by Prime Minister Peter O'Neill. Prime Minister Peter O'neill said "there are many critics on major infrastructures  implemented by his government but those critics are from people who do not  want change.  This is the first flyover in the city and there are more to come".

The flyover connects Jackson's International Airport with Waigani, Sir John Guise Stadium. Vision City, Parliament, National library, North Waigani.
