Over 29,000 Grade 12 students to sit exam
Over 29,000 Grade 12 students will be sitting for their Upper Secondary School Certificate Written Expression Exam.
Education Secretary, Dr. Uke Kombra, has announced that the exam will be held on Monday, 7th August.
“29,433 Grade 12 students who are currently attending 160 secondary and national high schools will sit the Written Expression Exam, which will take three hours.
“I appeal to the principals of all the secondary and national high schools to prepare the students adequately before they sit the exam, and similarly, I am requesting the teachers, parents and guardians of the students to provide the support they deserve during the few weeks before the exam is conducted.”
Meanwhile, Dr. Kombra has urged the provincial education authorities and schools to ensure that the exam papers are safe-guarded......
