PNG Hunters Coach Marum disappointed
SP Hunters Coach Michael Marum was disappointed at the loss by Hunters to Tweed heads last week Sunday saying it was not a performance expected from his players.
He blamed the loss on complacency by the boys who clearly underestimated a bottom-of-the- table team.
“The boys need to settle down and concentrate more on their final game with the Dolphins next week.
He added that their camp in Port Moresby will be moved to West New Britain for a week in preparations for their game against the Dolphins on the 10th of September.
The team will depart for Kimbe this week Friday. The players have been given a break of three days to rest and resume their training again this week Thursday.
Coach Marum said their move to Kimbe is to give the players more focus on their game with the Dolphins.
