Arawa School of Nursing fees for 2018 announced

A total of 85 students have enrolled at the Arawa School of Nursing for the 2018 academic year, Dawn FM reports.

The School Principal, Mrs Celine Tusala says despite the self-sponsor policy, the enrolments for this year have increased bringing the total number of enrolments to 85.
She says despite problems such as school fees and accommodation, the school will continue to operate and is ready to commence its academic year in February 2018.

The Principal says that the school is currently specialised in two programs which are General Nursing program and Community Health worker program.

The school fees for each programs are as follows, K12.000.00 for first year students in General Nursing, K10.000.00 for second year students in General nursing , K8.000.00 for third year students in general nursing and another K8.000.00 for Community Health worker programs years 1 and 2.
Mrs Tusala says that 50% of each school fees should be paid prior to taking classes.
