PNG Members of Parliament urged to submit 5 year plans
All new and old members of Papua New Guinea Parliament are being asked to submit their five-year development plans.
National Planning Secetary Haukava Harry, made the call during the induction program of the members of the 10th Parliament underway at Parliarment House.
Secretary Harry said, her department stands ready to assist them with plans for their various electorates.
Ms Harry also encouraged the MP's to consult and not work in isolation with the National Planning Department, when dealing with development partners.
Planning Secretary further encouraged the members to have access to Development Corporation Policy, as it provides guidelines on how to deal with external development partners in terms of sourcing funds from outside.
