Papua New Guinea to export Its Raw products directly to China
The government of the People’s Republic of China welcomes the business community in Papua New Guineans to partner with China in promoting trade and business opportunities between both countries.
Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in PNG Lim Linlin said under a proposed free trade agreement, PNG will start to export directly its raw quality products such as fish, cocoa and coffee among others directly to China.
Mr. Linlin said under the strategic comprehensive business partnership, it provides a favorable environment for both countries to develop mutually beneficial trade and relationships.
Mr. Linlin was speaking at the China-PNG Corporate's Trade Matchmaking and Signing Ceremony in Port Moresby on Friday.
Several PNG business companies have also signed contracts with Chinese businesses to enhance trade and business opportunities.
