SP Brewery to introduce locally produced Casave beer
SP Brewery has brewed a new product made out of the Casava plant locally grown in Papua New Guinea to come up with a Casava Beer.
The beer which was not packaged or branded yet was sampled by invited guests and the media last night at the Brewkettle.
According to the General Manager for SP Brewery Mr Stan Joyce, this gives opportunity for our local farmers to now start growing the Casava Plant throughout the country of which they can then supply the brewery to continue the production of the beer.
The Casava Beer taste much like the SP Bottle beer, but it is not that bitter, its light, and its color is not too dark as that of the SP Bottle Beer.
